KBD 40-50S / KBG 40-50S Baoli Internal Combustion Forklift

For more heavy-duty applications, Baoli offers the Diesel-powered KBD 40 and KBD 50S trucks and the KBG 40 and KBG 50S with LPG engines. These forklifts are available with load capacities of 4.0 and 5.0 tonnes at 500 mm load centre.

KBD/G 40-50S are available with Deutz and HDI EU5-compliant engines. For the markets where CE conformity is not required, it is possible to select Isuzu, Mitsubishi or Weichai Diesel engines and PSI LPG engines.

The KBD 40-50S is extremely versatile and can be used in hard work environments as well as for very precise handlings. It is fitted with a very precise transmission, developed by Baoli using KION Group technologies, and features a good visibility in any direction and a comfortable workplace.

The KBD/G 40-50S are very manoeuvrable. They are equipped with important driving aids: the electronic driving direction selector, easily accessible hydraulic levers, a dashboard with multifunction display and the parking brake pedal. The KBD/G 40-50S is designed to become the benchmark in terms of stability in its market segment. The very high residual capacities result in enhanced safety of the truck. An optimised and plain design ensures easy maintenance operations.
